Ashley Quarters is definitely a place we would stay again. Everyone was amazing from the room to the staff. April takes care of the breakfast area. She is such a sweet hard working lady. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. We had a full kitchen and nicely stocked with everything we’d need to cook a meal there. There was even a dishwasher. My only negative is that the carpet was very worn but that wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

They couldn't check me in on the Motel 7 side and it was a hassle getting my money back from Expedia.

Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels.

Beds at hard as rocks and not queen size as it said it was, breakfast meager, room not very clean. Eyelashes on the towels. Ice machine out. Had to ask to open pool and it was full of bugs my husband cleaned it out. Hoping we didn’t collect any bed bugs. Shower was weak due to water leaking around faucet in our room the kids room was fine. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. Saving money doesn’t always pay off. The staff was polite and you can tell they are trying but definitely needs an overhaul. Chairs in room and guest area with stains.
